Born in 1931, Jaye P. Morgan began her singing career at high school and made her first records with a foray into the country market in 1952 recording with Plain Ol Country Boy Hank Penny, before signing to the Derby label to make pop records, moving to RCA in 1954. She had a debut No. 3 with her first release Thats All I Want From You and went on to enjoy a run of nearly 20 hits in the pop charts through to 1962, including duet hits with Perry Como and Eddy Arnold. This excellent-value 60-track 2-CD collection comprises selected A & B sides of her singles on the RCA, Derby, Decca and MGM labels during this era, including some of those duets with Hank Penny, Perry Como and Eddy Arnold.
