Dr. Waugh is the author or co-author of over 20 books, articles, and professional papers; a frequent speaker at national conferences and other venues on the topics of assessment and evaluation; and invited regularly to conduct evaluations of post-secondary programs. In 2006, Dr. Waugh was awarded the College of Education and Human Services, Southern Illinois University Carbondale Teacher of the Year Award.
