Adafruit Small Enclosed Piezo w/Wires [ADA1740]
-Titulo Original : Adafruit Small Enclosed Piezo w/Wires [ADA1740]-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 1740 // Stock Type: Sensors >> Sound/Noise // In Stock & Ready to Ship // This small (14mm diameter) piezo element is nicely enclosed so you can attach easily. Piezo elements convert vibration to voltage or voltage to vibration. That means you can use this as a buzzer for making beeps, tones and alerts AND you can use it as a sensor, to detect fast movements like knocks. You can also use it under a drum pad to make a drum/crash sensor It's rated for up to 9Vpp use but you can also use 3V square waves and its plenty loud. For music use with an Arduino, check out the Tone tutorial . For sensing, the Knock tutorial is your guide! There are thin wires attached, we plugged them into a solderless breadboard, but they might too thin to plug in directly into the Arduino socket headers... -

Adafruit Bluetooth 4.0 USB Module (v2.1 Back-Compatible) [AD
-Titulo Original : Adafruit Bluetooth 4.0 USB Module (v2.1 Back-Compatible) [ADA1327]-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 1327 // Stock Type: Wireless >> Bluetooth // In Stock & Ready to Ship // Add Bluetooth capability to your computer super fast with a USB BT 4.0 adapter. This adapter is backwards compatible with v2.1 and earlier, but also supports the latest v4.0/Bluetooth Low Energy. Inside lies a CSR8510 Bluetooth USB host. We've used this with great success on a Windows 7 computer, installing as a 'generic' Bluetooth device, but we expect it to work just fine with any modern computer as this chipset is very common. So far we've tested it to communicate with Bluetooth data modules only. Revision note: As of Friday, August 28th, 2015 these now have unique MAC addresses! That's great because now you don't have to worry about using two or more of them at once, handy for people turning these into beacons. Drivers for CSR Bluetooth modules are built into Windows XP/7/8/10 so you do not need to install any software or download anything: other bluetooth drivers or 'stacks' such as BlueSoleil are not as good as the Windows stack and will cause problems. Just plug it in and let windows auto-install the BT driver, it may take a few minutes! For Linux, use Bluez which works great, our Pi tutorial will be similar to your favorite distro Bluetooth 4.0 USB Module (v2.1 Back-Compatible) ( 3:32 ... -

Adafruit Super-bright 5mm Ir Led (25 Pack) [ada388]
-Titulo Original : Adafruit Super-bright 5mm IR LED (25 pack) [ADA388]-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 388 // Stock Type: LEDs >> Bare LEDs // In Stock & Ready to Ship // Infrared LEDs are used for remote controls (they're the little LED in the part you point at your TV) and 'night-vision' cameras, and these little blue guys are high powered ones! They are 940nm wavelength, which is what nearly all devices listen to. They're 20 degree beamwidth, and work great for any kind of remote control application. We used one of these to make a camera control footswitch/intervalometer. These are the same LEDs we use in our super TV-B-Gone kit. You can drive them continuously (for 'night vision' illumination) with 100mA and for IR remote application they can take up to 1 Amp pulses (!). For high powered use, we suggest matching these up with our power MOSFETs . If you want to make a sender/receiver pair, you'll want to get an IR remote receiver sensor as well. We have a tutorial that covers everything you'll need to know about IR remote control sensing as well as how to 'clone' a remote contro...

Adafruit Adxl335-5v Ready Triple-axis Accelerometer (+-3g A
-Titulo Original : Adafruit ADXL335-5V Ready Triple-axis Accelerometer (+-3g Analog Out) [ADA163]-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 163 // Stock Type: Sensors >> Motion // In Stock & Ready to Ship // We've updated our favorite triple-axis accelerometer to now have an on-board 3.3V regulator - making it a perfect choice for interfacing with a 5V microcontroller such as the Arduino. This breakout comes with 3 analog outputs for X, Y and Z axis measurements on a 0.75x0.75 breakout board. The ADXL335 is the latest and greatest from Analog Devices, known for their exceptional quality MEMS devices. The VCC takes up to 5V in and regulates it to 3.3V with an output pin. The analog outputs are ratiometric: that means that 0g measurement output is always at half of the 3.3V output (1.65V), -3g is at 0v and 3g is at 3.3V with full scaling in between. Fully assembled and tested. Comes with 8 pin 0.1 standard header in case you want to use it with a breadboard or perfboard. Two 2mm (0.08) mounting holes for easy attachment. Adafruit L3GD20H Triple-Axis Gyro Breakout Board - L3GD20/L3
-Titulo Original : Adafruit L3GD20H Triple-Axis Gyro Breakout Board - L3GD20/L3G4200 Upgrade - L3GD20H [ADA1032]-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 1032 // Stock Type: Sensors >> Motion // In Stock & Ready to Ship // A gyroscope is a type of sensor that can sense twisting and turning motions. Often paired with an accelerometer, you can use these to do 3D motion capture and inertial measurement (that is - you can tell how an object is moving!) As these sensors become more popular and easier to manufacture, the prices for them have dropped to the point where you can easily afford a triple-axis gyro! Only a decade ago, this space-tech sensor would have been hundreds of dollars. This breakout board is based around the latest gyro technology, the L3GD20H from STMicro . It's the upgrade to the L3G4200 ( see this app note on what to look for if upgrading an existing design to the L3GD20 ) with three full axes of sensing. The chip can be set to ±250, ±500, or ±2000 degree-per-second scale for a large range of sensitivity. There's also built in high and low pass sensing to make data processing easier. The chip supports both I2C and SPI so you can interface with any microcontroller easily. Since this chip is a 3.3V max device, but many of our customers want to use it with an Arduino, we soldered it to a breakout board with level shifting circuitry so you can use the I2C or SPI interface safely using a 5V interface device. We also place a 3.3V regulator on there so you can power it from 5V. Since we expect people will want to attach it firmly to their project, the PCB comes with four 2.1mm mounting holes. Use #2-56 imperial or M2 screws screws. Getting started is easy - simply connect SDA to your Arduino I2C data pin (On the UNO this is A4), SCL to I2C clock (Uno: A5), GND to ground, and Vin to 3 or 5VDC. Then install and run our easy to use Arduino library, which will print out the XYZ sensor data to the serial terminal. Our library also supports SPI on any 4 digital I/O pins, see the example for wiring... -

Adafruit EL Wire 2xAA Pocket Inverter [ADA317]
-Titulo Original : Adafruit EL Wire 2xAA Pocket Inverter [ADA317]-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 317 // Stock Type: EL Wire/Tape/Panel >> Inverters/Power Connectors // In Stock & Ready to Ship // A small, portable inverter for EL wire. Powers off of 2 AA batteries (not included!), it can drive 1 to 8 feet (about 2.5m) of our high-brightness EL wire for 10 hours. There is a button for selecting steady/blink/off modes. There's a removable clip on the back. Comes with a 2.5mm pitch female JST connectorTo connect a piece EL wire to this, you'll want a male connector wire The EL inverter requires a 'load' to stabilize itself. Otherwise the inverter can spike and damage itselfLike all inverters we've used, the 2000 Hz oscillation is slightly audible. To reduce the squeaking, we suggest opening up the case padding it with thick foam tape/weatherstripping . Squirting some hot glue around the capacitors may also help. We managed to get it silent this way. We used this to make our awesome TRON bag Soldering to EL wire is a little tricky but luckily we wrote a detailed step-by-step tutorial... -

Adafruit RFID Transponder Tools PN532 NFC/RFID Controller Br
-Titulo Original : RFID Transponder Tools PN532 NFC/RFID Controller Breakout-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 364 // Stock Type: Wireless >> RFID / NFC // In Stock & Ready to Ship // The PN532 is the most popular NFC chip, and is what is embedded in pretty much every phone or device that does NFC. It can pretty much do it all, such as read and write to tags and cards, communicate with phones (say for payment processing), and 'act' like a NFC tag. If you want to do any sort of embedded NFC work, this is the chip you'll want to use!NFC (Near Field Communications) is a way for two devices very close to each other to communicate. Sort of like a very short range bluetooth that doesn't require authentication. It is an extension of RFID, so anything you can do with RFID you can do with NFC. You can do more stuff with NFC as well, such as communicate bi-directionally with cell phonesBecause it can read and write tags, you can always just use this for RFID-tag projects. We carry a few different tags that work great with this chip. It can also work with any other NFC/RFID Type 1 thru 4 tag.The PN532 is also very flexible, you can use 3.3V TTL UART at any baud rate, I2C or SPI to communicate with it. This chip is also strongly supported by libnfc , simply plug in an FTDI cable and use the FTDI serial port device to communicate - this lets you do NFC dev using any Linux/Mac/Windows computer! We also include onboard power LED, 3.3V regulator and an FTDI header so you can plug in an FTDI friend or FTDI cable and use with libnfc.Comes with: the PN532 breakout board including a tuned 13.56MHz stripline antenna, 0.1 header, 2 jumpers/shunts and a 4050 level shifter chip. Adafruit Resistive Touch Screen to USB Mouse Controller - AR
-Titulo Original : Adafruit Resistive Touch Screen to USB Mouse Controller - AR1100-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 1580 // Stock Type: Breakout Boards >> Touch // In Stock & Ready to Ship // Getting touchy performance with your screen's touch screen? Resistive touch screens are incredibly popular as overlays to TFT and LCD displays. If you want to connect one to a computer you need something to handle the analog to digital conversion. Most converters we've found are not very easy to use, and are 'fixed' - making them difficult to calibrate. The AR1100 is a nice chip that solves this problem by acting as a touch->USB converter and also comes with calibration software. The calibration software is Windows only, but once you've calibrated you can use the screen on any OS. The AR1100 shows up as a regular Mouse or Digitizer HID device so no drivers are required. We've tested it sucessfully on Mac, Windows, and Debian Linux (Raspbian on a Raspberry Pi). Other Linux distributions may or may not work, but if you're running Linux you're probably used to that. This breakout board features the AR1100, which has both USB and UART interfaces available. 99% of the time, you'll want to use the USB interface but there is some functionality for getting TTL UART data out (see the datasheet for details) There is also a red LED that lights up to indicate when a touch has been detected. For the screens that have 1mm pitch FPC cables, you can plug the cable right into the connector. The majority of medium/large touchscreens have that kind of connector. If you have another kind of touch screen, the four X/Y contacts are available on 0.1 pitch breakouts so you can hand-solder or wire them. We set this breakout up for 4-wire sensing only. You can pretty much just plug and play to get started, for more details including calibration software, check out the AR1100 page . Plug any 1mm-pitch 4-wire resistive touchscreen to the on-board FPC connector, when you plug into a computer's USB port you should see a new device and touching the screen will cause the mouse cursor to move around...

Adafruit Electroluminescent (EL) Panel - 10cm x 10cm White (
-Titulo Original : Adafruit Electroluminescent (EL) Panel - 10cm x 10cm White (625)-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Glow Size: 10 cm x 10 cm (3.95" x 3.95") // Plastic Size: 10.4 cm x 10.4 cm (4.1" x 4.1"), about 0.5mm thick // Panel lifetime: >25000 hours // Operating voltage: 60-250VAC // Operating Frequency: 50-5000HZ // DESCRIPTION EL panel is the big sister to EL wire - it has the same glow effect but with a flat shape instead of a round shape. This is a big sheet of flexible plastic coated with EL material so its like one big glowing square. It emits an even glow over the entire shape. The glowing part of the panel is 10 cm x 10 cm (approx: 4 x 4).There's a plastic coating is about 10.4cm x 10.4cm. Its covered in what seems to be PVC, the tape is thus weather-proof - but note that the connectors are NOT waterproof, just a bit of heatshrink. This isn't something we would suggest leaving outdoors for extended periods. You can attach it by sewing through the clear plastic edging, or gluing the back to a flat surface. It is flexible but will crease and damage if folded. You can cut the panel up as long as the shape you cut out is continuous and has the JST cable attached. This panel is a slightly blue-tinted white color when lit and appears pink when off. Like all EL products, an inverter is REQUIRED to operate the panel Because EL tape has more surface area than wire, it requires a more powerful inverter. We suggest you use our 4xAAA inverter which is strong enough to power a single panel at once - plug it in and turn it on! For more permanent installations, the 12V EL inverter can also power a single panel and run off 8xAA batteries or a wall adapter. Please note! EL tape, EL wire and EL panel are made with different processes and so the color and brightness will not be consistent between the two: white tape, white wire and white panels will not necessarily match... -

Adafruit LED Lighting Development Tools NeoPixel FeatherWing
-Titulo Original : LED Lighting Development Tools NeoPixel FeatherWing - 4x8 RGB LED Add-on For All Feather Boards-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: A Feather board without ambition is a Feather board without FeatherWings! This is the NeoPixel FeatherWing, a 4x8 RGB LED Add-on For All Feather Boards! Using our Feather Stacking Headers or Feather Female Headers you can connect a FeatherWing on top or bottom of your Feather board and make your Feather board strut like a peacock at a rave. Put on your sunglasses before staring into these 32 configurable eye-blistering RGB LEDs. Arranged in a 4x8 matrix, each pixel is individually addressable. Only one pin is required to control all the LEDs. On the bottom we have jumpers for the DIN line to any of the I/O pins on a Feather. You can cut the default jumper trace and use any pin you like. To make it easy to start, the LEDs are by default powered from either the USB power line or Battery power line, whichever is higher. Two Schottky diodes are used to switch between the two. This power arrangement is able to handle 1 Amp of constant current draw and maybe 2A peak, so not a good way to make a flashlight. It's better for colorful effects. A level-up shifter converts the 3.3V logic of the Feather to the power line voltage. If, say, you need MORE blinky, you can chain these together. For the second Wing, connect the DIN connection to the first Wing's DOUT. Also connect a ground pin together and power with an independant 5V supply to keep from loading the power supply too much. Adafruit Standalone Toggle Capacitive Touch Sensor Breakout
-Titulo Original : Adafruit Standalone Toggle Capacitive Touch Sensor Breakout - AT42QT1012 [ADA1375]-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 1375 // Stock Type: Sensors >> Touch // In Stock & Ready to Ship // This breakout board is the simplest way to create a project with a single toggle capacitive touch sensor. No microcontroller is required here - just power with 1.8 to 5.5VDC and touch the pad to activate the sensor. This sensor is a toggle output type: touch-on then touch-off. That means that when a capacitive load is detected (e.g. a person touches the sensor-pad area) the red LED will alternate turning off and the output pin will go high or low, respectively. This sensor is good for a project where you want to activate something on the first touch, then deactivate it when touching again, like a switch. You can also solder a wire to the middle pad and create your own capacitive pad if the built-in one isn't suited to your project. If you want to save power, the LED can be disconnected from the output pin (cut the trace between the jumper marked as such). We designed this breakout to have infinite time-out. The chip does support having the sensor time-out, so for example, if something is turned on, it will eventually turn off on its own. If you'd like to use this mode, cut the TIMER jumper and then connect a resistor/capacitor to the TIME pin. Check the datasheet for how to calculate the TIME pin to match your desired timeout. Comes with a fully assembled board, and a small stick of 0.1 header so you can solder and plug it into a breadboard. For additional contacts, we suggest using copper foil, then solder a wire that connects from the foil pad to the breakout. The datasheet has many details on sensitivity, power usage, etc. Standalone Toggle Capacitive Touch Sensor Breakout ( 11:10 ... -

Adafruit 74LVC245 - Breadboard Friendly 8-bit Logic Level Sh
-Titulo Original : Adafruit 74LVC245 - Breadboard Friendly 8-bit Logic Level Shifter [ADA735]-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 735 // Stock Type: Components & Parts >> IC & Transistors // In Stock & Ready to Ship // Most of our customers love using the Arduino for prototyping, design and invention but find themselves stuck when trying to connect the Arduino to the latest sensors, displays, controllers, interfaces, etc. as they are almost all 3.3V logic these days. We try to solve this problem by having all our breakout boards be 5V compatible or when that's not possible, including a level shifter chip but there are still thousands of tempting devices out there. This chip solves the problem of how to interface 3.3V logic devices to a 5.0V logic chip such as the Arduino. Most 3.3V devices do not like being run with 5V signals and can be damaged or flaky. The 74LVC245 is designed so that even when it runs at 1.8V, it still happily accepts 5V signals in one pin and converts it to a lower logic level on the opposite pin. This chip is only for digital signals, it doesn't convert analog signals (you need an op amp for that). It has 8 pipes it can convert but it won't work with bi-directional/pull-up based devices such as I2C or 1-Wire. It does work great for SPI, Serial, Parallel bus, and other logic interfaces. Using it is simple. We suggest checking out the 74LVC245 datasheet for details but essentially: connect VCC to your logic level you want to convert to (say 3.3V), Ground connects to Ground. Wire OE (output enable) to ground to enable the device and DIR (direction) to VCC. Then digital logic on the A pins up to 5V will appear on the B pins shifted down to the VCC logic...

-Titulo Original : Speakers & Transducers Thin Plastic Speaker w/Wires - 8 ohm 0.25W (1 piece)-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 1891 // Stock Type: Components & Parts >> Speakers // In Stock & Ready to Ship // Listen up! This 1.5 diameter speaker cone is the perfect addition to any audio project where you need an 8Ω impedance and are using 0.25W of power. The speakers are rated at 0.25W, with a maximum input of 0.5W (printed wattage on back of speaker may have either value). We particularly like this cone as it's very simple and its plastic body is extremely lightweight and thin. Originally designed for 'talking' greeting cards, its fairly loud yet lightweight. Works great with our Wave shield or class D amplifier board . Just be careful not to overdrive the speaker as high volumes can blow it out! Start with lower volume and increase carefully... -

Adafruit Audio IC Development Tools Stereo 2.8W Class D Audi
-Titulo Original : Audio IC Development Tools Stereo 2.8W Class D Audio Amplifier - I2C Control AGC - TPA2016 (1 piece)-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 1712 // Stock Type: Breakout Boards >> Amplifiers/Sound // In Stock & Ready to Ship // A mini class D with AGC and I2C control? Yes please! This incredibly small stereo amplifier is surprisingly powerful. It is able to deliver 2 x 2.8W channels into 4 ohm impedance speakers (@ 10% THD) and it has a i2c control interface as well as an AGC (automatic gain control) system to keep your audio from clipping or distorting. If you don't want to use I2C to control it, it does start up on with 6dB gain by default and the AGC set up for most music playing. We do suggest using it with a microcontroller to configure it, however, since its quite powerful. Settings are not stored in the chip, so you'll need to adjust any gain & AGC amplification settings every time the amp is powered up. Inside the miniature chip is a class D controller, able to run from 2.7V-5.5VDC. Since the amp is a class D, it's incredibly efficient (89% efficient when driving an 8Ω speaker at 1.5 Watt) - making it perfect for portable and battery-powered projects. It has built in thermal and over-current protection but we could barely tell if it got hot. This board is a welcome upgrade to basic LM386 amps! The inputs of the amplifier go through 1.0uF capacitors, so they are fully 'differential' - if you don't have differential outputs, simply tie the R- and L- to ground. The outputs are Bridge Tied - that means they connect directly to the outputs, no connection to ground. The output is a ~300KHz square wave PWM that is then 'averaged out' by the speaker coil - the high frequencies are not heard. All the above means that you can't connect the output into another amplifier, it should drive the speakers directly. Comes with a fully assembled and tested breakout board with 1.0uF input capacitors. We also include 3.5mm screw-terminal blocks so you can easily attach/detach your speakers, and some header in case you want to plug it into a breadboard. Speakers are not includ...
