    Adafruit Rotary Encoder (1 piece)

-Titulo Original : Adafruit Accessories Rotary Encoder (1 piece)-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 377 // Stock Type: Sensors >> Touch // In Stock & Ready to Ship // This rotary encoder is the best of the best, its a high quality 24-pulse encoder, with detents and a nice feel. It is panel mountable for placement in a box, or you can plug it into a breadboard (just cut/bend the two mechanical side tabs.) We also include a nice soft-touch knob with an arrow in it, fits perfectly and looks great. This encoder also has a push-button built into it so you can press onto the knob to close a separate switch. One side has a 3 pin connector (ground and two coding pins) and the other side has two pins for a normally-open switch.Rotary encoders are useful as rotation sensors or selectors and look similar to potentiometers. However they are not like potentiometers at all, so it's important to realize the difference! These rotary encoders rotate all the way around continuously, and are divided up into 24 'segments'. Each segment has a click-y feeling to it, and each movement clockwise or counter-clockwise causes the two switches to open and close. There is no way to know what the current 'position' is - instead you would use a microcontroller to count how many 'clicks' left or right it has been turned. If you need to detect rotational 'position' a potentiometer would be a better choice...

Adafruit 5050 RGB LED with Integrated Driver Chip - 10 Pack

-Titulo Original : Adafruit 5050 RGB LED with Integrated Driver Chip - 10 Pack-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 1655 // Stock Type: NeoPixels >> NeoPixel LEDs // In Stock & Ready to Ship // Make your own smart LED arrangement with the same integrated LED that is used in our NeoPixel strip and pixels. This tiny 5050 (5mm x 5mm) RGB LED is fairly easy to solder and is the most compact way possible to integrate multiple bright LEDs to a design. The driver chip is inside the LED and has ~18mA constant current drive so the color will be very consistent even if the voltage varies, and no external choke resistors are required making your design minimal. Power the whole thing with 5VDC and you're ready to rock. This is the 4 pin LED chip version, not 6. It is code compatible and the same over-all shape and functionality but not the same pinout so you cannot use these to replace an 'S chip. If you are designing a new PCB we suggest going with the B, since it has built in polarity protection. Other than that, B and S are the same brightness, and use the exact same code interface. The LEDs are 'chainable' by connecting the output of one chip into the input of another - see the datasheet for diagrams and pinouts. To allow the entire chip to be integrated into a 6-pin package, there is a single data line with a very timing-specific protocol. Since the protocol is very sensitive to timing, it requires a real-time microconroller such as an AVR, Arduino, PIC, mbed, etc. It cannot be used with a Linux-based microcomputer or interpreted microcontroller such as the netduino or Basic Stamp. The LEDs basically have a WS2811 inside, but fixed at the 800KHz 'high speed' setting. Our wonderfully-written Neopixel library for Arduino supports these pixels! As it requires hand-tuned assembly it is only for AVR cores but others may have ported this chip driver code so please google around. An 8MHz or faster processor is required. These raw LEDs are cut from a reel and/or might be loose. They may not suitable for pick & place + reflow. We recommend these for careful hand soldering only! Comes in a package wi...

Adafruit Round Force-Sensitive Resistor (FSR) - Interlink 40

They are simple to use and low cost. This sensor is a Interlink model 402 FSR with 1/2 diameter sensing region.FSR's are basically a resistor that changes its resistive value (in ohms Ω) depending on how much its pressed. These sensors are fairly low cost, and easy to use but they're rarely accurate. They also vary some from sensor to sensor perhaps 10%. So basically when you use FSR's you should only expect to get ranges of response. While FSRs can detect weight, they're a bad choice for detecting exactly how many pounds of weight are on them.FSRs are made of plastic and the connection tab is crimped on delicate material. The best way to connect to these is to simply plug them into a breadboard or use a clamp-style connector like alligator clips, female header, or a terminal block. It is possible to solder onto the tabs but you must be very fast because if your iron is not good quality or you dally even a few seconds, you will melt the plastic and ruin the FSR! • Adafruit 8-channel Bi-directional Logic Level Converter [ad
    Precio:  $51,239.00

Adafruit 8-channel Bi-directional Logic Level Converter [ad

-Titulo Original : Adafruit 8-Channel Bi-Directional Logic Level Converter [ADA395]-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 395 // Stock Type: Breakout Boards >> Level Shifters & Expanders // In Stock & Ready to Ship // Because the Arduino (and Basic Stamp) are 5V devices, and most modern sensors, displays, flash cards and modes are 3.3V-only, many makers find that they need to perform level shifting/conversion to protect the 3.3V device from 5V. Although one can use resistors to make a divider, for high speed transfers, the resistors can add a lot of slew and cause havoc that is tough to debug. For that reason, we like using 4050/74LVX245 series and similar logic to perform proper level shifting. Only problem is that they are only good in one direction which can be a problem for some specialty bi-diectional interfaces and also makes wiring a little hairy. That's where this lovely chip, the TXB0108 bi-directional level converter comes in! This chip perform bidirectional level shifting from pretty much any voltage to any voltage and will auto-detect the direction . Only thing that doesn't work well with this chip is i2c (because it uses strong pullups which confuse auto-direction sensor). If you need to use pullups, you can but they should be at least 50K ohm - the ones internal to AVRs/Arduino are about 100K ohm so those are OK! Its a little more luxurious than a 74LVX245 but if you just don't want to worry about directional pins this is a life saver! Since this chip is a special bi-directional level shifter it does not have strong output pins that can drive LEDs or long cables, it's meant to sit on a breadboard between two logic chips! If you do not need instant bi-directional support, we suggest the 74LVX245 as below which has strong output drive. This breakout saves you from having to solder the very fine pitch packages that this chip comes with. We also add 0.1uF caps onto both sides and a 10K pull-up resistor on the output enable pin so you can use it right out of the box...

Adafruit Ir Distance Sensor Includes Cable (10cm-80cm) - Gp

-Titulo Original : Adafruit IR distance sensor includes cable (10cm-80cm) - GP2Y0A21YK0F [ADA164]-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 164 // Stock Type: Sensors >> Proximity // In Stock & Ready to Ship // This SHARP distance sensor bounces IR off objects to determine how far away they are. It returns an analog voltage that can be used to determine how close the nearest object is. Comes with 12 long 3-JST interface wire. These sensors are good for short-range detection. For over 1 m distance, we suggest using sonar sensorsTo use, connect black wire to ground, red wire to 5V and white wire to analog input. The analog voltage out will range from 3V when an object is only 4 (10 cm) away and 0.4V when the object is 32 (80 cm) awayFor more information, please see the datasheet ...
  • Adafruit Trellis Monochrome Driver Pcb For 4x4 Keypad & 3mm
    Precio:  $91,159.00

Adafruit Trellis Monochrome Driver Pcb For 4x4 Keypad & 3mm

-Titulo Original : Adafruit Trellis Monochrome Driver PCB for 4x4 Keypad & 3mm LEDs-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 1616 // Stock Type: Components & Parts >> Switches // In Stock & Ready to Ship // This item is just for the Trellis driver PCB assembly: LEDs and buttons not included. Trellis is an open source backlight keypad driver system. It is easy to use, works with any 3mm LEDs and eight tiles can be tiled together on a shared I2C bus. This PCB is specially made to match the Adafruit 4x4 elastomer keypad. Each Trellis PCB has 4x4 pads and 4x4 matching spots for 3mm LEDs. The circuitry on-board handles the background key-presses and LED lighting for the 4x4 tile. However, it does not have any microcontroller or other 'brains' - an Arduino (or similar microcontroller) is required to control the Trellis to read the keypress data and let it know when to light up LEDs as desired. Each tile has an I2C-controlled LED sequencer and keypad reader already on it. The chip can control all 16 LEDs individually, turning them on or off. It cannot do grayscale or dimming. The same chip also reads any keypresses made with the rubber keypad. The connections are 'diode multiplexed' so you do not have to worry about ghosting when pressing multiple keys, each key is uniquely addressed. The tiles have 3 address jumpers. You can tile up to 8 PCBs together (for a total of 4x32 or 16x8=128 buttons/leds) on a single I2C bus, as long as each one has a unique address. All the tiles connect by the edges with solder, and share the same power, ground, interrupt, and i2c clock/data pins. So, you can easily set up to 128 LEDs and read up to 128 buttons using only 2 I2C wires! The tiles can be arranged in any configuration they want as long as each tile is connected to another with the 5 edge-fingers. Each LED is multiplexed with a constant-current driver, so you can mix and match any colors you like. You don't need it to be all blue, all red, etc. Mix it up! Any 3mm LED can be used, although we find that diffused LEDs with 250mcd+ brightness look best. This item is just for the Trellis ...

This Feather is fast like a swift, smart like an owl, strong like a ox-bird (it's half ox, half bird, OK?) This feather is powered by our new favorite chip, the ATSAMD51J19 - with its 120MHz Cortex M4 with floating point support and 512KB Flash and 192KB RAM. Your code will zig and zag and zoom, and with a bunch of extra peripherals for support, this will for sure be your favorite new chipset. And best of all, it's a Feather - so you know it will work with all our FeatherWings! What a great way to quickly get up and running. The most exciting part of the Feather M4 is that while you can use it with the Arduino IDE - and it's bonkers fast when you do, we are shipping it with CircuitPython on board. When you plug it in, it will show up as a very small disk drive with main.py on it. Edit main.py with your favorite text editor to build your project using Python, the most popular programming language. No installs, IDE or compiler needed, so you can use it on any computer, even ChromeBooks or computers you can't install software on. When you're done, unplug the Feather and your code will go with you. The Feather M4 Express uses the extra space left over to add a Mini NeoPixel, 2 MB SPI Flash storage and a little prototyping space. You can use the SPI Flash storage like a very tiny hard drive. When used in CircuitPython, the 2 MB flash acts as storage for all your scripts, libraries and files. When used in Arduino, you can read/write files to it, like a little datalogger or SD card, and then with our helper program, access the files over USB...

    Adafruit Stereo 2.1W Class D Audio Amplifier - TPA2012

-Titulo Original : Adafruit Stereo 2.1W Class D Audio Amplifier - TPA2012-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Output Power: 2.1W at 4Ω, 10% THD, 1.4W at 8Ω, 10% THD, with 5V Supply // PSRR: 77 dB typ @ 217 Hz with 6 dB gain // Designed for use without an output filter, when wires are kept at under 2"-4" long // Four pin-selectable gains: 6dB, 12dB, 18dB and 24dB. Select with the onboard switches or by setting the G0 and G1 breakout pins // Thermal shutdown protection // This incredibly small stereo amplifier is surprisingly powerful - able to deliver 2 x 2.1W channels into 4 ohm impedance speakers (@ 10 pct THD). Inside the miniature chip is a class D controller, able to run from 2.7V-5.5VDC. Since the amp is a class D, it's incredibly efficient (89 pct efficient when driving an 8 ohm speaker at 1.5 Watt) - making it perfect for portable and battery-powered projects. It has built in thermal and over-current protection but we could barely tell it got hot. This board is a welcome upgrade to basic LM386 amps. The inputs of the amplifier go through 1.0uF capacitors, so they are fully 'differential' - if you don't have differential outputs, simply tie the R- and L- to ground. The outputs are Bridge Tied - that means they connect directly to the outputs, no connection to ground. The output is a ~300KHz square wave PWM that is then 'averaged out' by the speaker coil - the high frequencies are not heard. All the above means that you can't connect the output into another amplifier, it should drive the speakers directly. Comes with a fully assembled and tested breakout board with 1.0uF input capacitors. We also include a dual mini DIP switch for setting the amplifier gain on the fly, 3.5mm screw-terminal blocks so you can easily attach/detach your speakers, and some header in case you want to plug it into a breadboard. You will be ready to rock in 15 minutes. Speakers are not included, use any 4 ohm or 8 ohm impedance speakers. Output Power: 2.1W at 4 ohn, 10 pct THD, 1.4W at 8 ohm, 10 pct THD, with 5V Supply PSRR: 77 dB typ @ 217 Hz with 6 dB gain Designed for use without an output filter, when wires are kept at under 2-4 long Four pin-selectable gains: 6dB, 12dB, 18dB and 24dB. This is a big sheet of flexible plastic coated with EL material so its like one big glowing square. It emits an even glow over the entire shape. The glowing part of the panel is 10 cm x 10 cm (approx: 4 x 4). There's a plastic coating is about 10.4cm x 10.4cm. Its covered in what seems to be PVC, the tape is thus weather-proof - but note that the connectors are NOT waterproof, just a bit of heatshrink. This isn't something we would suggest leaving outdoors for extended periods. You can attach it by sewing through the clear plastic edging, or gluing the back to a flat surface. It is flexible but will crease and damage if folded. You can cut the panel up as long as the shape you cut out is continuous and has the JST cable attached. This panel is a blue color when lit and appears blue when off. Because EL tape has more surface area than wire, it requires a more powerful inverter. We suggest you use our 4xAAA inverter which is strong enough to power a single panel at once - plug it in and turn it on! For more permanent installations, the 12V EL inverter can also power a single panel and run off 8xAA batteries or a wall adapter....

Good for motor voltages from 4.5V up to 13.5V // Dimensions: 27mm x 19mm x 3mm / 1.1" x 0.7" x 0.1" // Weight: 1.8g // Spin two DC motors, step one bi-polar or uni-polar stepper, or fire off two solenoids with 1.2A per channel using the TB6612. These are perhaps better known as the drivers in our assembled Adafruit Motorshield or Motor HAT. We really like these dual H-bridges, so if you want to control motors without a shield or HAT these are easy to include on any solderless breadboard or perma-proto. We solder on TB6612 onto a breakout board for you here, with a polarity protection FET on the motor voltage input and a pullup on the standby enable pin. Each breakout chip contains two full H-bridges (four half H-bridges). That means you can drive 2-4 solenoids (only two can be active at a time, on opposite bridges), two DC motors bi-directionally, or one stepper motor. Just make sure they're good for 1.2 Amp or less of current, since that's the limit of this chip. They do handle a peak of 3A but that's just for a short amount of time, like 20 milliseconds. What we like most about this particular driver is that it comes with built in kick-back diodes internally so you dont have to worry about the inductive kick damaging your project or driver! There's two digital inputs per H-bridge (one for each half of the bridge) as well as a PWM input per driver so you can control motor speed. Runs at 2.7V-5V logic. The motor voltage is separate from the logic voltage. Good for motor voltages from 4.5V up to 13.5V! This wont work well for 3V motors. Comes as one assembled and tested breakout plus a small strip of header. You'll need to do some light soldering to attach the header onto the breakout PCB. Arduino, motors, and power supply not included. Check out our handy tutorial on assembly and wiring...

Adafruit IR Break Beam Sensor - 5mm LEDs [ADA2168]

-Titulo Original : Adafruit IR Break Beam Sensor - 5mm LEDs [ADA2168]-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 2168 // Stock Type: Sensors >> Motion // In Stock & Ready to Ship // Infrared (IR) break-beam sensors are a simple way to detect motion. They work by having an emitter side that sends out a beam of human-invisible IR light, then a receiver across the way which is sensitive to that same light. When something passes between the two, and its not transparent to IR, then the 'beam is broken' and the receiver will let you know.Compared to PIR sensors, breakbeams are faster and allow better control of where you want to detect the motion. Compared to Sonar modules, they're less expensive. However, you do need both emitter and receiver on opposite sides of the area you want to monitor. This is the 5mm IR  version.   It works up to 50cm / 20. You can power it from 3.3V or 5V, but 5V will get you better range and is what we suggest. The receiver is open collector transistor output which means that you do need a pull up resistor if you want to read a digital signal off the signal wire. Most microcontrollers have the ability to turn on a built in pull up resistor. If you do not, connect a 10K resistor between the white wire of the receiver and the red wire. If you want to control a relay or LED or whatever, it can sink up to 100mA to ground Check out our IR breakbeam tutorial for how to get started quickly We also carry a 3mm version that works for slightly shorter distances...
  • Adafruit DS18B20 Digital temperature sensor + extras [ADA374

Adafruit DS18B20 Digital temperature sensor + extras [ADA374

-Titulo Original : Adafruit DS18B20 Digital temperature sensor + extras [ADA374]-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 374 // Stock Type: Sensors >> Temperature // In Stock & Ready to Ship // These 1-wire digital temperature sensors are fairly precise (±0.5°C over much of the range) and can give up to 12 bits of precision from the onboard digital-to-analog converter. They work great with any microcontroller using a single digital pin, and you can even connect multiple ones to the same pin, each one has a unique 64-bit ID burned in at the factory to differentiate them. Usable with 3.0-5.0V systems. The only downside is they use the Dallas 1-Wire protocol, which is somewhat complex, and requires a bunch of code to parse out the communication. There's a great Arduino library for 1-Wire, but some microcontrollers do not have support for 1-Wire so be sure to check! We toss in a 4.7k resistor, which is required as a pullup from the DATA to VCC line when using the sensor. We don't have a detailed tutorial up yet but you can get started by using the Dallas Temperature Control Arduino library which requires also the OneWire Library ...

  • Adafruit Memory IC Development Tools SPI Non-Volatile FRAM B
    Precio:  $35,239.00

Adafruit Memory IC Development Tools SPI Non-Volatile FRAM B

-Titulo Original : Memory IC Development Tools Adafruit SPI Non-Volatile FRAM Breakout - 64Kbit / 8KByte (1 piece)-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 1897 // Stock Type: Breakout Boards >> Storage // In Stock & Ready to Ship // FRAM, or Ferroelectric Ram, is the coolest new data storage method that all the fashion magazines are talking about. Oh wait, no that's quilted handbags. But FRAM is pretty damn cool too! It's similar to Dynamic random-access memory, only with a ferroelectric layer instead of a dielectric layer. This gives it stable handling (the bytes you write are non-volatile) with dynamic responsiveness (you can write them very fast!) Now, with our SPI FRAM breakout board you can add some FRAM storage to your next DIY project. FRAM allows for a lower power usage and a faster write performance. It's excellent for low-power or inconsistent-power datalogging or data buffering where you want to stream data fast while also keeping the data when there's no power. Unlike Flash or EEPROM there's no pages to worry about. Each byte can be read/written 10,000,000,000,000 times so you don't have to worry too much about wear leveling. This particular FRAM chip has 64 Kbits (8 KBytes) of storage, interfaces using SPI, and can run at up to 20MHz SPI clock rates. Each byte can be read and written instantaneously (like SRAM) but will keep the memory for 95 years at room temperature. We picked up the largest chip that has SPI and is also 5V compliant. You can use this chip with either 3V or 5V power and logic. It comes in a breadboard-friendly breakout and a spare stick of 0.1 male header for soldering on. We also have an I2C FRAM breakout board - which is large in size but slower (1MHz max I2C clock rate...

-Titulo Original : Adafruit Mini Metal Speaker w/ Wires - 8 ohm 0.5W [ADA1890]-Fabricante : ADAFRUIT-Descripcion Original: Adafruit Part Number: 1890 // Stock Type: Components & Parts >> Speakers // In Stock & Ready to Ship // Listen up! This tiny 1 diameter speaker cone is the perfect addition to any small audio project where you need an 8 Ω impedance and will be using 0.5W or less of power. We particularly like this cone as it's very simple and its metal body is extremely lightweight. It's very similar to the speaker in the Drawdio kit. Works great with our Wave shield or class D amplifier board . Just be careful not to overdrive it if you're using the class D amp breakouts as it can put 1.7W into the speaker, blowing it out! Start with lower volume and increase carefully...
